The route
What is the Pacific Marine Circle Route?
A 250 km loop through Sooke, Jordan River, Port Renfrew, Lake Cowichan and Langford: 92 km of road and 158 km of trail, including the Juan de Fuca. No one has set a known time on it yet, so this run is also the first documented continuous crossing.
The pace is built for a family, not a podium. Wabi-sabi over perfection, Kasama over the solo grind.

Manuel's run
Running is a human expression. So are feelings.
Manuel lost a cousin to suicide and wishes he could have done more. Running has regulated him in the weeks when life got hard, and he wants to show the link between moving your body and looking after your mind. And to talk about it, openly, instead of keeping it in.
Every night of the five stages he will gather with family and friends, so nobody does it alone and burns out.
Support the fundraiser
Every dollar goes to Need2.
Need2 runs suicide prevention education and support across Vancouver Island. The Aqueduct Foundation is matching donations up to $5,000.
